nothing is impossible

I used to make excuses for my faint hearted prayer life.

But God convinced me that I was not being honest with myself. The real reason why my prayers were weak was that my faith was weak.

In my heart, I did not believe that God could do anything about the messes all around me.

I decided I didn't want to stay where I was. I was essentially disbelieving God's omnipotence. So I launched an assault on my own lack of conviction. I located almost every biblical passage that emphasized God's ability to accomplish anything He desires.

God is capable of handling any problem we could bring Him. Treating planets isn't much of a problem for Him. Neither is raising the dead. Nothing is too difficult for God to handle. But He's waiting for us to recognize His power and ask for his help.
