climbing up the coconut tree, enjoying its fresh buko

there was one moment when i felt like just staying in my room the whole day at my sister's nipa hut due to the scorching heat of the sun outside, but my newfound buddies came over and offered me some relief from the day's heat and that was: they would climb a coconut tree in front of my sister's house and pick fresh buko fruit for me...

the offer was very sincere, and it was for free!... and even if i felt like i may be responsible if something may happen to them, or they may fall while climbing up the coconut tree, i gratefully accepted their offer. that was how desperate i was to get quenched and be relieved from the excruciating heat of the day's weather.

Allan was the one who climbed up. nothing happened to him. He did not fall and

from the images of him up the coconut tree, I must say, he's an expert coconut tree climber!

Roni was the one who gathered and collected the picked buko fruits.

the rest of the day indeed gave me a refreshing relief for i had them ( the fresh buko fruits and buko juice ) for my lunch and supper!...

hey bro, i slept again -mula kahapon ng 4pm at nagising ako kaninang mga 5:30am na...i missed my dinner and early morning prayers--anyways, excused naman ako--still having my jetlag..hahahaha, delayed reactins bah! hehehe...anyways, yah- i am beginning to miss them na nga eh- mababait, mga natives ng barangay namin- nakiki namin na rin ako since i want to reside there whenever i go on a home visit--mas masaya, may community ako na makaka relate ako-- i hate goin to hotels anymore heheheh...ngeeeks, hindi ako marunong umakyat ng puno ng niyog ---baka ako mahulog-sana nga nga lang kung mahuhulog ako ay paakyat sa langit at hindi babagsaka sa lupa nayahahahahahaha...

@ironnie,
ngeksssss--hahahahaha. anyways, salamat kapatid--- hehehe- hayaan mo pag aaralan ko mag screen capture-meron kaya ang laptop ko ng ganitong features? well, let me see ..later ko na gagawin- pag sumablay ay gagamitin ko na lang ang aking digicam to take the photo of my deskto- nau, mahaba ang kwento ng mga icons ko sa desktop ko--its gonna make a long exciting story heheheh...
thnks sa pag invite mo saken...

ey yeah-tama sila- it was indeed a very humid and hot weather over there- and you will not be surprised anymore if i tell you na mas gusto kong maglaboy sa hatinggabi diyan kesa sa tanghaling tapat... nakakapanghina ang humidity--parang kandila akong nauupos na hindi ko maintindihan, pasalamat na lang kay sasha at she did accompany me all throughout, kahit abutin kami ng hatingggabi-kasi mas lumalalim ang gabi ay mas gumaginhawa ang pakiramdam ko dahil nawawala ang humidity ....
well, i wont ever come home on septembers...kaya laging february ang pick ng dates ng home visit ko dahil diyan...

@elmo

hey jp, dati pa- nong bata pa ako mga 15 yrs old ako ay umaakyat ako ng puno ng niyog--my playmates would have me join their race---paunahan kung sino ang unang makakarating sa pinak tuktok at sa mismong mga sanga ng niyog-- that was crazy dahil delikado ang umupo sa bunton ng mga buko fruits--but i did it!....that was a fond memory na i can never do anymore....now that i am 51.
