To meet regularly with God, you need a place. The house in which I was reared was very small. My mom's place to meet with God was the bathroom. She puts her books near the little stove that gives heat to the room. When she meets with God she would put a little sign on the door that said, "Do not disturb."
Busy mothers can't have their time with the Lord at breakfast or suppertime. That creates havoc.... So if you're a mother, you have to be practical about this. Choose a time that works for you, but remember, by all means - you need time with God.
If you're a business person, your best place must be at your office. I know of a businessman who goes to his office early every weekday morning just so he can spend his time with the Lord...
Where is your place? A place which is a sacred space. A place whe you can spend your time with the Lord.
You need such a place where you can sit down and enjoy some uninterrupted fellowship with our Lord. I tell you, if you don't arrange an appropriate place in an appropriate time, you probably won't meet with God as often as you want Him to meet you.
