the symbolism of the dying and burying of my old self....
the "buried dead old self" was laid on its grave while the whole congregation chants the litany of prayers to Saints...
the 'rising' from the 'dead'...a cleansed new life with the promises of the Vows professed...
the 'receiving' of the newly professed by the whole congregation...
the foster family who did stand in for the absence of my biological family who failed to come over for Visa constraints...
the special guests who came from all over the country...
the evening party with monks, nuns and guests...
