the great day: St Benedict's day part2

cooking for  a large number of people like 50, is no easy job. but as the saying goes= you can not put a good monk down, i had  to hurdle the kitchen work from 7:00Am till 3:30Pm.  banquet started  at 4:20Pm= such a long hour  to submerge my self  in the kitchen and prepare everything.
