Put your cares in God's hand. God did not create us to worry and fret. He invites us to cast our burdens upon Him (Psalms 55:22). This is because He not only cares for us, but He is far better able to handle the weight of our problems than we are.
Learn to depend of God for everything. Many of us do not know how to depend on God. We are accustomed to depending on ourselves, our friends, our spouse, our money-everything except God. Somehow we feel that placing our dependence on Someone we cannot see will cause us to control of our lives. On the contrary; this actually will stimulate our faith to grow. Faith, as the Bible reminds us, is the "evidence of things not seen" (Heb.11:1).
