God has given mankind the ability to see beyond the present. And He has not given that ability to any other creation. He has given us eternity in our hearts, without which "man will not find out the work which God has done from the beginning even to the end"I have italicized "the end" for the sake of emphasis. Let me tell you why. It doesn't take a lot of brains to realize that if there is a sunrise, there must be also a sunset. To borrow from the astronaut's word, if there is an earthrise there must be also earthset.
So let's take that one step further, If there is an earth beginning, there must be also and earth ending. And if I'm existing on this boring earth without God, then I'm certainly not ready for an earth ending when I must face the One who made me.
