I left the monastery at 7:50Am and arrived 5:45PM.....
It is good to see someone who can give some answers to my unending questions and my doctor was just very supportive of me and what I was going through... Nothing serious. Nothing psychiatric in nature, just a simple counselling!...
On my wayback to the monastery, I pulled over the chama riverbank and took a little walk on the river! It was good the water was frozen and the 12-foot river did not give me a problem in my solitary walk as its water is totally frozen.

so okay kana...pwede ba mas malala pa dyan ang nalampasan mo na noh kaya magpakatatag kapa dyan..ndi ka biigya sa ganyan lang na bagay...

di ako bilib papa dom. dapat sa gitna ka ng ilog tumayo para astig. hahahaha

PS. ayusin mo yung alexa URL mo kasi pag un ang kiniklick di nalabas orginal site mo at error. gagaya ka pa sa akin na erroneous ang blog haha.
