The welcome party for the Abbot who just arrived yesterday night from Polokwane Africa (please take time to read My Abbot's Page for details of his Africa visit) ended with all of us having enjoyed the one-hour 'break' from our monastic routine.
I also learned that Dom John Vianney (Vietnames) will be leaving us and as well as the Tibetan Buddhist monk brother Asonam tomorrow. So the occasion that we just had was a mixture of a welcome-despidida party!

ingats ka lagi sa pag bike kuya! na send ko na pala kay bluepanjeet ang package ng dvd ng bro sun sis moon-- pag dumating sa kanya at na view nya na ay hiramin mo na lang....:)

Brother Francis is back? That is great! Tell him I'm coming right after Easter and i have some hiking boots on order.
