taking a break from cooking

I am the cook today. My assistant is Dom Dominic Dat, OSB (31 yr-old Vietnamese).

I am taking a break for thirty minutes only.

We both have taken a break and will be back at the kitchen thirty minutes later to prepare the cooked foods for the community's main meal at 1:20Pm.

What could be the very best way for a monk-blogger like me to spend a break from the rudiments of cooking at the kitchen but a blog update?.....
