they were casual guests of the monastery from Lubbock Texas, and stayed for a week-long at the guesthouse. when i was assigned to do guesthouse cleaning, i got  a fair chance to had an exchange of casual conversation with  Jean...that was the start of friendship between us... she shared many things that i  didn't know 'bout  her life in texas...  now, we maintain a regular correspondence thru  e-mail. likewise, her  son eric emils me too and exchange informative ideas about his life as he struggles with a certain kind of disease characterizing an extreme shortage of  bloodsugar in his  system. he plans to take philosophy this opening of  classes and pursue  his dream: to become a diocesan priest.
