Entry to Noviate: a year-long ascetic life.

Bro Samuel Santiago of Quezon City Phils. will be known as Dom Marcus Santiago; bro Paul Thien of Vietnam as Dom Anton Thien and bro Joseph Hung as Dom Joseph Hung. their entry to one-year novitiate started effectively after the ceremonies were conducted by the Abbot superior of my community...the ceremony included the gospel readings to the three postulants, the wearing of the novice scapular to them by the Abbot and the welcome ceremonial hugs and embraces by the whole congregation to the three newly clothed novices: images show the ceremonies... a welcome party followed.
